Aid not getting to the Haitian people has absolutely nothing to do with Aristide/Preval. Haitian government is getting less than 1 cent per dollar of aid. 33 cents goes to US troops. The aid is stacking up at the airport. US troops are in charge of the airport. US government forced Aristide/Preval governments into neoliberal economics in order to weaken the abilities of Haitian government. Blame the Haitian elite for thinking this was a brilliant idea and co-conspiring. And for stealing aid.

Crooks in Haiti’s govt needs to stop pocketing the money. Obviously it’s not going to the people or infrastructure like: transportation, communications, water, power lines, schools, hospitals, ambulance & fire departments in every quarter. If those things were already there the situation would not have been this bad. Pocketing donations is still going on. Aristide & Preval are poor excuses for men & Presidents. They will burn in hell for all of those lives that could have been saved!
