Haiti, Haiti, Haiti… It was terrible before the earthquake, and it's terrible now. Seeing these images on CNN and other news outlets, I have concluded that Haiti has to be rebuilt from the ground up.

How does one go about rebuilding this country with the millions of dollars of aid received? Would you trust the Haitian nation to accomplish this great feat? Or would engineers, agricultural experts, architects, farmers, etc., from other nations would eventually have to assist? What would happen to the Haitian people? 65% illiteracy rate is alarming!
